Student Name Correction Application (As Per Norms of GTU)
To change the Name, students have to follow below steps:
- Download the application form from the link : Click here to Download
- Take print out of that form and fill the details given in the form.
- Attach required self attested proof mentioned in form.
- Submit the form with documents to Student Section, Building No. 1, Admin Building.
Documents Required:
- Photo copy of student’s mark sheet of HSC/ SSC/ School Leaving Certificate/Gujarat Government Gazette copy.
- Photo copy of Marksheets with wrong name (if any).
Track Status of Marksheet Applied for Correction/ Duplicate
For Name Correction Grade sheet before Completion of Course - Pay Rs.150/- per Name Correction Grade-sheet.(Applicable to those who have not done correction after Enrollment and already given the Exam of course)
