આથી સંસ્થા ખાતે અભ્યાસ કરતા તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ને જણાવવાનું કે વર્ષ ૨૦૧૭ Enrolment કે તે પહેલા ના પ્રવેશ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની બધીજ માર્કશીટ જે તે ડીપાર્ટમેન્ટ ખાતે થી સત્વરે લઇ જવી, જેની સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદારી જે તે વિદ્યાર્થીની રહેશે અને વર્ષ ૨૦૧૮ કે તે પછી Enrolment ના પ્રવેશ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની બધીજ માર્કશીટ કોલેજના વિદ્યાર્થી વિભાગમાંથી મેળવી લેવી. વધુમાં માર્કશીટ લેતી વખતે GTU પરથી Student Grade History ની પ્રિન્ટ પણ સાથે લાવવી જેથી વહીવટી સરળતા રહે.
